Ark Solutions was born when one of our cofounders, Logan Gross, had a laundry list of things to do but not enough time in the day to get everything accomplished. He researched “Virtual Assistants” online and found no good options. Half of the companies were fully U.S. based and coming close to $50 per hour and the other half were fully outsourced companies that were cheap, but had no supervision structure and the communication barrier was causing delays. He decided to fill this opportunity in the market and created Ark Solutions.
